I am pleased to have been selected and exhibited in many 'Open' exhibitions including the RBA, RI, RP, SGFA, ROI, 'Figurative Art Now' ...... keeps me busy! There is the RI exhibition (Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colour) coming up at the Mall Galleries this April and the RP exhibition to look forward to in May (Royal Society of Portrait Painters) ...... then the SGFA exhibition in June.....December 2020
In this strange year of lurgy…. I have been in the studio self-isolating …… and managed some new work and exhibited in some great 2020 exhibitions —- the ROI Annual, the RBA Annual, the RI annual….. some virtual and some real! I have been selected for the SGFA exhibition in 2021….. and I am also now an associate member SGFA ! Really honoured to be accepted…. There is also a new venture of fine , limited edition, signed prints of my work. November 2017
I have a solo exhibition starting in Wimbledon Fine Art on November 12th 2017.... A mixture of still lifes and Museum pieces, plus a few portraits. Acrylics, oil, watercolour, pastel, pencil..... 30 pieces in all. This is not long after my solo show in Aldeburgh (Thompson's Gallery) in summer so I have been very busy of late. I am working on a series of drawings at the moment and am considering a set of new landscapes....February 2017

...and in November I won 'Best Drawing' for my 'Triple Self' at the SGFA Open Exhibition at the Menier Gallery, London --- really honoured to get that!

A busy Christmas and some good news from various galleries.... January is quite hectic with getting ready for Easter shows at the various galleries that show my work. Also a great exhibition at Shire Hall Gallery, Stafford --- 'Still, Still Life'. I helped curate this extensive survey of contemporary practitioners and have six of my own pieces in it! A great show I think.September 2015
